About us
Stratus Support is a CQC registered provider of Domiciliary Care services. We offer personal and functional care, and associated domestic services to meet the needs of vulnerable adults who require care and support services; these may include older people, those with physical and learning disabilities, and people who need assistance due to illness to continue living in their own homes and community. We also do reablement services for those recently discharged from the hospital to recover at home.
